Tuition and Fees for 2024-2025

Enrollment Fees (non-refundable):

  • New student enrollment fee $250.00 per student

  • Returning student re-enroll fee $110 per student ​

 

TUITION:

  • Grade K4-K $4700 yearly per student

  • Grades 1-3 $5150 yearly per student

  • Grades 4-5 $5350 yearly per student

  • Grades 6-8 $6250 yearly per student

  • Grades 9-12 $6350 yearly per student

  • K-12 1:00-3:00 PM $500 yearly per class/study hall/per day. *OTA's 1:00-3:00 PM classes are one day per week and registration will be available before the start of school. Cost may be added to the contract at that time. **Fee excluded for credit-bearing classes. 

FEES (non-refundable):

  • Book, Lab, Technology Fee K4-12 $450 (Fees include Book, Lab, and Technology Fee, Building Fund, and will include 1 yearbook per student.) 

NOTES:

  • Students must be in a class or study hall from the start of their first class of the day until the end of their final class.

  • High school diplomas can only be awarded to those students who complete a minimum of 18 credits from accredited coursework as approved by our guidance counselor.

Fees are non-refundable. Tuition and fees are due by May 17, 2024, unless added to the FACTS Financial Plan. If enrolling after May 17, tuition and fees are due 10 days after acceptance unless added to a FACTS Financial Plan. Students are not considered officially enrolled nor will class space be held until the Financial Contract is signed and fees are paid. Books will be given to the students on the first day of classes. Books are rented and must be returned at the end of the year. In case of voluntary or involuntary withdrawal, all books must be returned to the school immediately. Please note: At the end of each school year parents will be charged the full replacement price of any book that is damaged, lost, or deemed unacceptable for re-use.

DISCOUNTS (Taken off of tuition only):

  • Multiple Child Discount: 2nd child 5%, 3rd child 10%, 4th child 15%, 5th child 20%

  • Family Cap (tuition only): $18,000

  • Full-time Pastor Discount: $500 per student

  • Alumni Discount: 25% off tuition

Methods of Payment:

  • Annual Plan: (Best Value) Payment in full by cash, check, or credit card by May 17 (Add 3% if paying by credit card).

  • Semi-Annual Plan: Must be enrolled in FACTS Tuition Management. Payment of half of entire tuition due in June and January. ($15 FACTS Fee and $100 OTA administration fee per student for participation in this plan.)

  • Monthly Plan: Must be enrolled in FACTS Tuition Management. Payment of tuition in 12 monthly installments (June —May), which are automatically debited from individual bank accounts on the 5th or 20th of each month. ($50 FACTS Fee and a $180 OTA administration fee per student for participation in this plan.)

  • In Full: FACTS Online Payment Plan /$5 one-time setup fee. 

 

Withdrawal Policy:

Withdrawal fees will be applied as noted below:

  • Students who withdraw prior to May 17th, 2024 will be charged a $800 per student withdrawal fee.

  • Students who withdraw from May 18th, 2024 to August 22nd, 2024 will be charged a $1600 per student withdrawal fee.

  • Students who withdraw after August 22nd, 2024 will be charged the full year’s tuition and fees. If the student withdraws voluntarily, is asked to withdraw for academic or behavioral reasons, or is asked to leave due to default, tuition and class fees will be charged for the entire year and will not be refunded. Tuition still due by installment must be paid through the year in which the withdrawal occurs.

  • All fees are non-refundable. If there are any outstanding tuition or unpaid fees or if books and school property are not returned at the time of withdrawal or the end of the school year, the student will not receive grades, report cards, transcripts, or diplomas. Students will also not be accepted for re-enrollment until all prior accounts are paid in full.  Please note that all unpaid tuition and fees will be sent to our collection agency.
